Dormbox Community Guidelines
Our goal is for every Dormbox user to be safe and comfortable from start to finish. That’s why we require all our users and movers to uphold a high standard of conduct, and to follow the law and our Community Guidelines. Failure to meet the expectations of the Community Guidelines can lead to permanent removal from Dormbox. Safety incidents are rare, and by following these guidelines, you can help ensure they’re even less likely to happen. We’re all in this together, and it’s up to all of us to help make Dormbox a safe community for all.
Be Safe
However you use Dormbox, you must keep the experience safe for yourself and others. That means following local and federal laws, and abiding by our weapons and age policies. Be Respectful.
Dormbox is built on the power of a diverse and inclusive community. To maintain the strength of our community, treat everyone you meet through Dormbox with dignity and respect. Do not do anything to endanger, threaten, or harass any other person you meet on the platform. Be Helpful.
Help protect and improve the Dormbox community by alerting us to any situation that makes you feel uncomfortable. When reporting an incident to Dormbox, provide as many details as possible — the more information we have, the faster we can address your concern. If you ever report an incident to 911, let us know so we can work with law enforcement and take appropriate action.
